Resource Allocation Mixer (July 2026)

Save the date for Black Remote She’s resource allocation mixer coming up on July 29th at 2:30PM EST / 11:30AM PST!

Our resource allocation mixer is a FREE, online event offering Black and Brown community members an informal space to request and/or share resources to support their livelihood and well-being, including:

  • Mutual aid services & groups (locally and online)

  • Funding opportunities (grants, community funds, etc)

  • Career & entrepreneurship resources (job boards, fellowships, etc)

  • Skill-building resources (certifications, professional development, etc)

  • Gender-affirming care (free clothing, surgery funds, etc)

  • Peer support (events, communities, networks, etc)

  • and more.

We host these spaces because we believe that keeping our people resourced involves direct conversations with our community members to address urgent and ongoing needs in our community. These mixers act as live community needs assessments to continue to align the resources on Black Remote She with the direct needs of our community.

As a gentle reminder, this event reinforces Black and Brown people to honor the continued discrepancies of resources and support available to our communities. Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) interested in attending the mixer to request and/or share resources can RSVP below.

Allies can donate to support this event and future events here.

Mixer agenda coming soon with more about the structure of this event.
