What’s New for Job Seekers?
(NEW) Sort By: Use the Sort By filter to view open and/or closed positions on the job board.
Date posted: The date jobs are added to the job board can now be viewed on each job posting. As a reminder, the job board is automatically sorted with most recent to least recent submissions.
Filters: The Role Type, Related Causes, and Organization Type job board filters are now listed in alphabetical order.
Job Type: The Job Type of positions can now be viewed on each job posting (with or without a filter).
Community Report Submission Form: If you have concerns about an organization posting to the job board, future community reports can be submitted through the new community report submission form. Flagging organizations that haven't posted to the platform are also welcomed for this form.
Resource Hub: The newest resource roundup includes gender affirming resources, funding, and fellowship opportunities with upcoming deadlines. The top of the roundup is updated with clickable links to better access the monthly deadline and resource sections.
What’s New for Employers?
The Q1 resource roundup also includes funding opportunities for trans-led and movement building organizations.
Annual Donations: There’s a new Fund the Work annual membership option for organizations interested in committed to donating to Black Remote She annually. Contributions will fund operational support and the ongoing allocation of free resources available on Black Remote She, including the job board, resource hub, newsletter, upcoming events, and more.

Automatic sorting: When you visit our job board, it’s automatically sorted as most recent to least recent submissions.
Filters: Our job board includes the following filters to make it easier to personalize your search to the most aligned opportunities on our platform:
Job Types: Multi-select full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, and more job types.
Position Level: Select between entry/mid-level or executive level positions.
Role Types: Multi-select operations, marketing, program management, and more role types.
Location: Multi-select fully remote, hybrid, remote with travel required, and more location types.
Organization Types: Multi-select grassroots, movement-building, social enterprise, nonprofit, and more organization types.
Related Causes: Multi-select Black liberation, LGBTQ+ rights, immigrant rights, gender justice, and more related causes.
BRS Annual Members: Job postings from our annual members are highlighted with a BRS Annual Member tag. Annual members commit to reaching our community year round.

How to make tags show up on your job posting: Our job submission forms are updated to accommodate our new filters. However, they are optional for your submission. If you’re interested in having your jobs accessed with our filters, please complete the full form.
Please Note: If your job posting was submitted on or after November 28th, you’re included in both our archived job postings and listed on our new job board. All future submissions will be added directly to our job board.
