Call for Culture is hosting Culture Impact Lab 2025, an equity-centered conference for work culture and change leaders, on May 14 & 15, 2025 in Chicago, IL. This is a 2 day event with interactive, experimental, and community of practice workshops and presentations focused on reimagining the role of work in societal change.

Registration includes 2-day all access pass to the Culture Impact Lab, which includes meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and light bites if attending the post day 1 hang) and a free membership to Call for Culture’s growing online community. 5% of proceeds go to their selected social impact causes run by women and in support of historically excluded communities in the Chicagoland area.

The Culture Impact Lab Tuition Grant Program offers funding and tuition assistance, which includes discounted and full funded seats to people that identify with the following categories: Non-Profit or Community Leadership, Startups or Entrepreneurs in Accelerator Programs, B-Corps Current Students, and Professionals Lacking Organizational Support.
